Once a product or service has been delivered, it is not eligible for a refund. This applies to all standalone products and services offered on this website, including:
If you change your mind before we have begun or delivered the work associated with your purchase, contact us at corporate@grouphuff.com as soon as possible. Requests made before any work has begun will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
A product or service is considered delivered once we have sent you the completed work — for example, the written audit and action plan document, the published landing page or website, or the completed social media account setup and initial content. Delivery is considered complete even if you have not yet reviewed or made use of the materials provided.
Our 15-minute consultation is offered at no charge, so no refund applies. If you need to reschedule or cancel a scheduled consultation, please do so through the Google Calendar booking confirmation you received, with as much notice as possible.
If you believe a charge was made in error, or you have a concern about the quality of a delivered product or service, please contact us directly at corporate@grouphuff.com before initiating a dispute with your bank or card provider. We will work with you in good faith to resolve any legitimate concern.
This Refund Policy applies to the standalone products and services listed above. The Bella platform's founding member subscription (once launched) will have its own separate billing and cancellation terms, communicated to you at the time of signup.
