1. Who We Are

Bella is a product of Huff Real Estate Group, LLC ("Bella," "we," "us," or "our"), based in San Antonio, Texas. By using this website or purchasing a product or service from us, you agree to these terms.

2. Standalone Products & Services

We currently offer the following standalone products and services, independent of the Bella platform:

• Free 15-Minute Consultation — a complimentary conversation about your property, scheduled via our Google Calendar booking link
• Property Audit & Action Plan ($197) — a written assessment and action plan delivered after purchase
• Custom Landing Page + Domain ($597) — a single-page marketing website with a custom domain, built for your property
• Custom Website + Social Media ($2,497) — full brand identity, a multi-page website with a custom domain, and social media account setup with initial content

After purchase, we will contact you using the email or contact information provided at checkout to begin the work for your specific product or service.

3. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing a product or service, you authorize the charge shown at checkout. We do not store your full payment card information.

4. Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated to you directly after purchase and may vary based on current workload and the specific scope of your order. We will keep you informed of progress throughout.

5. Refunds

Please see our separate Refund Policy for full details. In summary: once a product or service has been delivered, it is not eligible for a refund.

6. Founding Member Webinar & Waitlist

Registering for the founding member webinar or joining the waitlist does not constitute a purchase or a binding commitment by either party. Founding member pricing and availability are subject to change and will be confirmed at the time you choose to commit to a Bella subscription.

7. Intellectual Property

The Bella name, logo, and all content on this website are the property of Huff Real Estate Group, LLC. Deliverables created for you as part of a purchased product or service (such as your property's branding or website) become your property upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

We provide our products and services on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Huff Real Estate Group, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our products and services.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of this website or our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
